SMI provides valuable advertising spend metrics and forecasting to agencies, brands and financial analysts globally. It has a blue-chip customer base with high retention rates and multi-year subscriptions. 

Investment exit

In March 2022 Bailador announced it had sold its investment in SMI. Bailador received A$20m in net cash proceeds from the sale. SMI was acquired by GTCR and Dreamscape.
