Expedition Software was formed in June 2023 through the merger of three regional booking software businesses including Rezdy (Australia & Pacific), Checkfront (Americas), and Regiondo (Europe). The merger has created the world’s leading independent booking software business powering the US$350bn experiences industry.

Bailador originally invested in Rezdy in October 2015 and later added to its investment via follow-on equity raisings and venture debt funding. Bailador opted to roll 100% of its investment into Expedition Software, and invest additional equity to fund its growth plans.
